I create visual representations of your design concept that capture the desired look and feel of your space. These boards include inspiration images, colour palettes, and ideas for furniture and decor, helping you visualize the overall design direction.
2D Layout and Floor Plans
After evaluating your space, I develop detailed layouts and space plans that show the placement of furniture, fixtures, and other elements. This also includes a comprehensive lighting and electrical plan to ensure functionality.
3D Models, Elevations, and Photorealistic Renderings
Once we finalize the 2D plans, I create 3D models that depict the space, along with elevations and other technical drawings. These renderings highlight design elements such as cabinetry and shelving, allowing you to see a realistic representation of your future space.
Material and Finish Specifications
I provide comprehensive specifications for all materials, paints, fabrics, and finishes that will be used in your design. This detailed documentation ensures you know exactly what to expect, showcasing the actual materials that will be used in your space.
Furniture and Fixture Selections
You will receive in-depth information on all selected furniture, fixtures, equipment, and decor, including precise dimensions and sourcing details. I also create sample boards that illustrate the placement of these selections, giving you a clear picture of how everything will come together.
Project Management
If you opt for full-service design and build, I will manage the budget and scope. Additionally, I will also manage the project schedule including project phases and deadlines, to keep everything on track from start to finish.
Site Visits and Oversight
For full-service clients, I offer regular on-site visits to ensure the design is executed accurately. These visits are scheduled as needed and provide an opportunity for hands-on oversight to guarantee that every detail aligns with the design plan.
