I design your full interior plans and stay through the entire build, managing vendors, suppliers, trades, timelines, decisions, and follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks.

You get a complete design package including space plans and layouts, millwork drawings and elevations, electrical and lighting plan, reflected ceiling plan, 3D renderings, and a full material, finish, and furniture schedule.

You also get a structured project plan with clear timelines, a single point of contact, and someone who keeps things moving when they get complicated — because they always do.

And you get a designer who asks what can be refinished, repurposed, or reused before recommending what gets replaced, because good design does not have to mean starting from scratch.

I'm Juliet Fernandez — Founder and Lead Designer at Inspired Spaces Design Studio.

We are an Interior Design & Project Management firm helping homeowners across Durham Region and the GTA renovate with confidence.

Growing up around construction sites with my father who was a builder, combined with 12 years in IT project management, and a Diploma in Interior Design, means I design your space with intention and actually run your project from start to finish.

I lead every step and coordinate every part of the project so your evenings stay yours, your weekends don't disappear into showrooms, and the end result is a home that works for your life and reflects who you are.

  • For homeowners who want to take the lead and need a build-ready design package to execute from. You get complete drawings, specifications, and selections so that your contractor has everything they need to build with confidence and clarity. You get to be more hands-on and walk into your finished space knowing every detail was intentional.

All projects start with a Design Consultation.

This is a 90-minute in-home working session where we evaluate your space, discuss your goals, and determine the right path forward together.
